Conditions of participation

With the registration for the Tras Scuol (paying of the starting See) you automatically agree to the conditions of participation. These are valid as an integral part of the contract between organiser and participant. 

Organisation

Organizers of the event are Svenja Ammann (head) and since this edition also Seraina Ammann-Barbotti, Sandra Trottmann and Marcel Toppi.

Participation

Everyone is allowed to participate. The event is license-free. 

Bib/timing 

The bibs can be picked up on Saturday, June 17th 2023 from 4-6 PM as well as on the day of the race from 10 am until five minutes before the start. The bib is to be worn unfolded and clearly visible on the front.  

The time is measured by means of an integrated transponder. The transponder doesn't need to be returned after the race. 

The start happens in real time. Timing starts as soon as the participant proceeds over the starting line. 

Each participant has to start in its category. The timing is done by race result swiss.   

Insurance/Liability

The participation at the Tras Scuol happens at own risk and own responsibility. The organizing comitee isn't held responsible in case of accidents or diseases. The participants are responsible for insurance and must be insured against accident and liability. 

Categories/courses

The event will be held according to the categories as seen at Tras Scuol < Categories/Starting fees/start times. Younger participants are also allowed to participate over longer courses but won't be ranked seperately but together with the older participants. There is no time limit. 

Tools such as inline skates, scooters as well as strollers are forbidden due to fairness. Accompanying persons aren't allowed at the Kids Run as well as the main race. Exceptions: Guides for visually handicapped and blind people. 

The organizing comittee decides about disqualifications.

 The ranking list will be published online after the event under Tras Scuol < Start/Ranking list. If the event cannot be held or only partially held due to force majeure or if a runner cannot start, there is no right to a refund of the entry fee. There is an exception in case of cancellation due to coronavirus: in this case as much as possible of the entry fee will be refunded or the athlete can donate the money. In principle, however, the event will take place in all weather conditions. The organizer decides on the interpretation of provisions of these conditions of participation.

First aid posts are located on the school ground in the start and finish area.

Doping

he current doping statutes of Swiss Olympic apply to the Tras Scuol. Doping controls can be carried out. By taking part in the Tras Scuol, the runners accept the anti-doping rules of Swiss Olympic and acknowledge the exclusive jurisdiction of the disciplinary commission for doping cases of Swiss Olympic as well as the Tribunal Arbitral du Sport in Lausanne under exclusion of the ordinary courts.

Data protection

Without written notification to the Tras Scuol, the addresses of the participants may be used by the organizer and the sponsors for advertising purposes. The photos and video recordings made at the Tras Scuol can be used in print and digital media without any claim for remuneration.

The ranking list will be published online after the event under Tras Scuol < Start/Ranking list.
